To share details about local events linked to the 2026 Chicago conference that benefit our members, please fill out the form below by Friday, March 13, 2026.

SCMS has experienced numerous instances where offsite affiliate events listed in the conference program were later canceled or did not proceed as planned, causing confusion for in-person attendees. To ensure easier updates and accurate information, these events will no longer be included in the printed program but will instead be shared online with all conference attendees.

Please note that all submissions are subject to approval by the Program Committee and staff. Additionally, be aware that the information provided through this form will be published online and accessible to all attendees.

Events scheduled to coincide with the Author Celebration & Welcome Reception (Wednesday, March 25, 8-9 PM), the DCAA Event (Friday, March 27, 2-3 PM), or the Award Ceremony (Friday, March 27, 7:15-8:15 PM) will not be publicized.
